March is National Nutrition Month® - a nationwide campaign organized by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics- which focuses on the importance of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Today we live in a busy world where high-calorie, savory foods are both convenient and abundant and taking time for exercise falls to the backburner. With education and resources provided below, learn how to achieve balance and take time for your health. To highlight this Health Awareness topic and additional topics, March’s edition features a Live Well, Work Well newsletter, a Wellness calendar, and a variety of tools to balance exercise and nutrition for a healthy lifestyle. Happy National Nutrition Month!
