We'll study your business, get to know key personnel, talk to employees, and view your facility. ###### RISK ANALYSIS Your consultant will conduct an initial assessment of your business to identify your greatest areas of risk. Over a span of 2-3 weeks we will review your current safety and risk management procedures, programs, claims history, policies, and pertinent documents and contracts. ###### ACTION PLAN Assuming the audit uncovers deficiencies, your consultant will develop a strategic plan of action focusing on the the most significant employee injury exposures and cost saving opportunities. ###### IMPLEMENT, MONITOR, REVIEW AND REVISE We will supply you with the contacts, tools, trainings, and resources needed to implement your action plan.
