How the New Illinois Cannabis Law

There has been much interest and concern over the passage of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act which has legalized recreational use of Marijuana in the State of Illinois. Our in-house HR consultants have also struggled with what this means for our clients, and have spent a tremendous amount of time analyzing, strategizing, and developing the tools, guidance, and policies that employers need in order to manage through this change. Through that process we developed a drug policy compliance package for Illinois employers to utilize.
