I grew up in a house that was constantly under construction, which sparked a lifelong passion for remodeling. Although I followed the actuarial path into insurance, that remodeling mindset shaped how I approach employee benefits.
For years, I watched employers cycle through the same pattern—rising costs, higher deductibles, shifting contributions, and carrier changes that didn’t address the root issues.
In 2020, I discovered Health Rosetta and began implementing practical, structural fixes to health plans. The results were clear: better alignment, improved transparency, and more sustainable cost control.
That’s when I realized I wasn’t just advising on benefits—I was remodeling them.
I formalized that approach into the Remodel Benefits Process, a strategic framework I now use with every client to strengthen plan foundations, align HR and finance, and build long-term, sustainable health strategies.
