Technology matters, but people matter even more.
While many payroll providers rely on large call centers and rotating support representatives, we focus on building lasting relationships with every client. Our dedicated payroll and HR professionals take the time to understand your business, anticipate your needs, and provide practical guidance beyond simply answering questions.
Combined with powerful UKG Ready technology, our consultative approach gives clients the confidence of knowing they have experienced professionals standing beside them every step of the way.
We work with organizations of all sizes, from growing companies hiring their first employees to established employers with hundreds of employees.
Whether you need a complete outsourced HR department or simply better payroll technology and support, we tailor our services to meet your organization's unique needs and stage of growth.
Managing HR and payroll through one trusted partner creates a more efficient, consistent experience for your organization.
Instead of coordinating between multiple vendors, you'll have one integrated system, one support team, and one strategic partner who understands your business. This approach improves communication, reduces duplicate work, streamlines employee administration, and provides a more seamless experience for both your management team and your employees.
Businesses most often switch payroll providers because they want better service, more modern technology, or a stronger relationship with their provider.
Many organizations become frustrated with long wait times, inconsistent support, outdated systems, or providers that simply process payroll without offering meaningful guidance. At Connor & Gallagher OneSource, we combine powerful HR technology with dedicated experts who take the time to understand your business and help you navigate payroll and HR challenges with confidence.
Connor & Gallagher OneSource implements and supports UKG Ready, a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) platform that combines payroll, HR, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, time tracking, scheduling, performance management, and more into one integrated system.
More importantly, we don't simply provide software, we provide experienced professionals who configure, implement, train, and support your team long after go-live.
Payroll pricing depends on several factors, including your number of employees, payroll frequency, locations, tax complexity, and the services you choose.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all pricing, we build customized solutions based on your organization's needs. During your consultation, we'll provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees and help you determine which services will deliver the greatest value.
